Nevl-shësê Fêqê (/ˈelɘ/ /ˈʃësɘ/ [vegetable] [tub]) is a subtropical Large Town located in the Bëmtlaci Zone of the Union of Engineers.
The name Nevl-shësê Fêqê is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Nevl-shësê Fêqê was founded by Veahn Tsesh Zlênkdo, who was culturaly Iron Elven.
Climate
Nevl-shësê Fêqê has a yearly average temperature of 26°C (78°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 28°C (82°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 24°C (75°F). Nevl-shësê Fêqê receives an average of 270 cm/y (106 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the spring. Nevl-shësê Fêqê covers an area of nearly 6 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 3656 m (11994 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Nevl-shësê Fêqê was founded durring the late 15th century in fall of the year 1381, by Veahn Tsesh Zlênkdo. The establishment of the new community went well, with no major obsticles durring construction.
Nevl-shësê Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Nevl-shësê Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Nevl-shësê Fêqê is buildings are arranged arrounded highly ordered system of broad paverstone streets which form octogonal paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town rests behind a thin stone wall. The wall's design was likly directly copied from a castle's parmiter defences. It's simply that the arcatect made Nevl-shësê Fêqê's wall substancialy thinner than a castle's walls. While the towers and gatehouses are adiquite, the obvious cost savings measure of making the walls drasticaly thinner reduces their ability to resist siege weapons greatly. The town's impressive-looking wall could fail at a critical moment in battle, and would likely not even resist a few bandits with improvised siege equipment. The town's budget oriented are visibly old, but also obviously maintained semi-regularly. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with ocasional mantance of the towns defences.
A look around Nevl-shësê Fêqê has something terribly wrong with it. It’s impossible to put one’s finger on, but something is horribly wrong. Maybe it’s the way fog blankets the ground, but only in the connors of places. Maybe it’s the vermin scutteling between shadows in the corner of your eyes. Perhaps it’s the overcast sky which seemed to creep out of nowhere, or the distant howling of wolves. Maybe it’s all of those things together, or perhaps it's the way these elements combine with the abundance of schools, libraries, and other academic structures. Locals can be overheard having academic discussions, as well as talking about scholarly subjects in general. It’s quite clear the town places a lot of value on education and being a learned individual. Regardless, you do not feel it would be wise to remain in Nevl-shësê Fêqê long.
Civic Infrastructure
Nevl-shësê Fêqê has an Office of Civil Groundskeeping, which works to enforce local ordinances relating to the construction and upkeep up of all plant life, water features, and other natural decorations within Nevl-shësê Fêqê. They are also responsible for the maintenance of these features. Notably, the OCG is not responsible for Nevl-shësê Fêqê's parks.
Nevl-shësê Fêqê has an Office of Civil Vicary, which is responsible for providing a livelyhood for all officialy recognised religious figures within Nevl-shësê Fêqê.

Nevl-shësê Fêqê has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Nevl-shësê Fêqê's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Nevl-shësê Fêqê possesses a Galvanic Power Grid, which brings galvanic current to most if not all buildings in town, and permits a great many consumer goods to function within the Large Town. Nevl-shësê Fêqê's grid is powered by a boiler and turbine based power plant.
Nevl-shësê Fêqê has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands. They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Nevl-shësê Fêqê's natural decorations nor waterways.
Nevl-shësê Fêqê has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Nevl-shësê Fêqê has a public septic system, which allows its citizens to have indoor bathrooms. The septic system is overseen by the League of Sewerkeepers, who posses the legal authority to enforce all laws relating to the septic system, and are also tasked with its maintenance and upkeep.
Cultural Notes
Nevl-shësê Fêqê's locals are divided into several castes. They may be organized by social role, by imputed nobility of birth, by ethnic origins, or any other dividing principle, but they cannot imagine any other way of organizing themselves. A hierarchy of castes is not inevitable, but there will be social and legal limits applied to ensure that each caste remains fixed in its function. The outside world may or may not respect these distinctions when dealing with the locals.
Nevl-shësê Fêqê's town hall was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by their massive, monolithic and 'blocky' appearance with a rigid geometric style. It was best known for its rough, unfinished surfaces, unusual shapes, heavy-looking materials, straight lines, and small windows. Modular elements were often used to form masses representing specific functional zones, grouped into a unified whole.
